Workshops are held three hours a week that are intended to create a supportive environment for topic exploration, gardening and a group meal.

The R.E.A.C.H. program sessions run in blocks of 20 weeks of classes. Community members and service providers are invited to speak during the workshop series. Workshops are designed so that participants can employ information learned in tandem with the support of their mentor as tools to achieve successes in their individualized plans. The exact arch of the curriculum changes with the needs of the group, intentionally customized maximize networking opportunities for participants.
Visits to local farms, businesses, and outdoor recreation areas are also included in the curriculum, providing real-world, community-based opportunities to connect and learn.
Some class topics include: educational and skill development pathways, economic literacy and finance, health and nutrition, and stress management techniques.
